At My Perfume Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Fragrance
Carefully place the perfume in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
