Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on My Perfume Shop are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom as temperature fluctuations can break down the scent molecules.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (usually 15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter with a 5-15% concentration, making it ideal for daily wear.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most major countries. Please note that because perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, shipping times may be slightly longer due to specialized ground transportation requirements.
